My name is Jerry Matson and I'm the publisher of The Smallstockhunter. The Smallstockhunter is a web-based stock investment newsletter focusing on stocks priced $10.00 and under per share.

My investing philosophy leans towards fundamental analysis. The majority of my research involves investigating a company's 10k and 10q reports and the annual report. An examination of a company's Proxy Statement is also helpful in learning about management's experience and what kind of insider ownership they may or may not hold.

I've lived and successfully owned and operated a small business in the Los Angeles area for over 20 years. I've been investing in the micro cap arena of the stock market for over 20 years.
